• 5 Year Plan for Economic Development 1976-1981, (1976). Member of the workgroup that was responsible for the drawing of the chapter “Study of Monetary and Credit Issues”. The workgroup was coordinated by Dr. U. Avramidis. The project was undertaken on behalf of the Ministry of Coordination.

• 5 Year Plan for Economic and Social Development 1983-1987, (1983).  Participation in the part analyzing the production sectors of the Economy and, in particular, in the workgroup that was responsible for the chapter “Study of Commercial Banks”. The workgroup was coordinated by Dr. Τ. Κokores. The project was undertaken on behalf of the Ministry of National Economy.

• 5 Year Plan for Economic and Social Development 1983-1987, (1983).  Participation in the part analyzing the regions of the country and, in particular, in the workgroup that was responsible for the chapter “Study for the Development of the Region of Epiros” with special responsibility for the prefectures of Arta and Thesprotia. The workgroup was coordinated by Mr. T. Terrovitis. The project was undertaken on behalf of the Ministry of National Economy.

• Community Support Framework (CSF) 1994-1999 for Greece, (1993). Author of the chapter regarding the Regional Operational Programs of the region of Epiros. The project was undertaken on behalf of the Ministry of National Economy.

•  Interreg-II: 1994-1999, (1994). Author of  the chapters regarding the prefectures of Ioannina and Thesprotia. The project was coordinated by Dr. L. Athanasiou and was undertaken on behalf of the Ministry of the National Economy.

• The Development of Thesprotia: Analysis, Possibilities and Perspectives: Alternative Growth Scenarios. Proposals. (1996). The project was coordinated by Dr. L. Athanasiou and was undertaken on behalf of the Prefecture of Thesprotia.
