LOCAL DEVELOPMENT & RESILIENCE OBSERVATORY (LoDe&R)

The mission of KEPE’s LoDe&R Observatory is to provide scientific expertise and strategic planning for the reconstruction of regions affected by crises. Through surveys, field research, and evidence-based policy proposals, the Observatory addresses the impact of natural disasters and the structural degradation of critical infrastructure. The ultimate goal is to foster long-term resilience within the national and local economic fabric.
