The second volume of KEPE’s studies on the local development of disaster-affected areas, regarding the economic and production reorganization in the district of Almyros in Thessaly, was presented at the town’s Cultural Center by our senior research fellow, Prodromos Prodromidis, the series editor.

The Deputy Minister for Climate Crisis and Civil Protection, Christos Triantopoulos, who initially requested the study, as well as the host, Mayor Dimitrios Eseridis, the Deputy Governor of Magnesia and Sporades, Anna Maria Papadimitriou, the MP for Magnesia, Christos Boukoros, and the former Mayor, Evangelos Hadzikyriakos, also spoke at the launch. The discussion was coordinated by journalist and publisher, Vivi Tsintsini.
